Column centres come from the centre-line plan, measured from the south face (across) and the rear east face (along). Walls, doors, windows and rooms are traced from the semi-final floor plan at 1 ft ≈ 30 px, so openings are within about 3". You look at the model the way you stand at the main door: east ahead, north on your left, south on your right. Seismic zone does not set room heights; those follow NBC 2016. Load figures are rough gravity-only hand estimates. This is a reading aid for your meeting with the engineer, not a design.
